"I chanced upon Candy's makeup services through a last minute online search. In my experience, it hasn't been easy meeting a makeup artist who could complement my tiny features without overwhelming my face. The pictures on her website reflected the style that I wanted - natural elegant makeup, and I knew I had found the person I was looking for.

I had only a simple ROM reception for my wedding, and my getup was just like it - short (simple) and sweet. Candy managed to complement my tea dress with a hint of whimsical flair. I had curls, which was something beyond my usual choice of 'safe' hairstyles, and I'm glad that she brought me out of my comfort zone, to much appreciation from my husband. I did not want to look like a classical bride, and I think she intuitively achieved that for me as well!

Overall, it was fun chemistry with Candy, something that I deeply appreciate as I look forward to surprises in life. It wasn't just a makeup session, but I felt I made a new friend.

"I first got to know Candy through my cousin, and I was impressed by the natural look and creative hairdos that she did for my cousin's bridal photoshoot. I checked out her portfolio online and decided to engage her for my own bridal photoshoot and actual wedding day.  And I'm so glad that she lived up to the expectations! My husband and friends commented that I looked very natural and the make up further enhanced my features.

Candy is an amazing lady! Her bubbly nature and chattiness made the whole make up process so much more enjoyable, especially during the actual wedding day. She's not like any make up artiste, she's like my new found friend! 

She was also very accommodating throughout. When I commented that I didn't like falsies as they felt too heavy on my eyelids, she painstakingly attached single lashes instead so that I would feel more comfortable without compromising on the look.

As the actual wedding day was very rushed, Candy was really sweet to help me change and tidy up, so that I could put my mind at ease and just focus on looking pretty!

I noticed that in pictures my nose was sharper, and much better than my usual efforts to contour it haha. Hello nose bridge! Further testament to her skills: as soon as my immediate family saw me after the makeup was done in the morning they were all saying it was done really well, really natural, beautiful, elegant.
